Da wir dieses Jahr Aufgrund der vielen runden Geburtstage anderer Clubs auf unser SCOOTER DIVE verzichtet haben, musste unsere Energie woanders hin und so haben wir kurzerhand eine (Karaoke) BAND gegründet - DIE SKATZOMATICS.

Auf unserem Niter im "Tatort" in der Nähe von Aachen gibt es einen ersten kleinen Vorgeschmack auf diese neue, tolle Soulfull Scootersound Superband.

Sicherheit: Helm, Handschuhe und festes Schuhwerk sind Pflicht. Das Fahrzeug sollte kein Öl oder Benzin verlieren und keine scharfen Kanten haben.

Event:

Vespa World Days 2010 will take place at the Municipal Stadium of Fatima Portugal, 3km from downtown. It is a calm and spacious place, close to a wooded area, with good access and with all the characteristics to offer you the best of the event. Here there will be several activities:

? A spacious enclosure with support areas and several types of exhibits

? An area with tents where you will find among other things information and support, event related merchandising, motorcycle parts, associations... etc

? Kiosks where you can taste the regional gastronomy

? Constant event entertainment going from concerts to walking bands

? Gastronomic tents

This enclosed area will have 3000 m2 and will only be a catering area

? Vespa parking

This area will be reserved for participant's Vespa parking. The participant may park his/her Vespa in this area, leaving it in a safe place.

This open area will be enclosed and will have railing corridors between the motorcycles turning it into a "vespa exhibit" area.

During 4 days there will be traditional games, activities related to the Vespa universe, maintenance and repair shops, fun and entertainment.

Location:

Situated in the heart of Portugal, 120km from the capital (Lisbon) and 210km from Porto, Fátima is a city with more than 8 000 inhabitants that became world-renowned with the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to the three little shepherds in 1917. These apparitions gave way to the construction of the Sanctuary of Fatima, which has become one of the most important places in the world for pilgrimages. Served by a good access (Highway A1) as well as by hotels which give 4 and a half million visiting tourists accommodation each year. This region isn't only admired for its religious tourism, having many points of cultural and historical interest where we can find several types of activities and services.

Fatima gathers all the necessary conditions to welcome an event like Vespa World Days 2010.

This event will be carried out in the surroundings of the municipal stadium of Fatima (Estádio Municipal de Fátima).
