Nicht flyingwheel, sondern FLYWHEEL. Das ist englisch und bedeutet Lüfterrad. Komplett übersetzt möchte der junge Mann Tips rund um die Montage eines PK (XL) Lüfterrades auf einem PX 210 Motor.

ja soviel englisch kann ich auch aber des flywheel is mir unbekannt gwesen, sry. und wenn wir ihn auf die suche verweisen wird er sicher auch nicht glücklich*g

Respect ! La surface, sur laquelle la mère de fixation appuie, était dans mon cas par rapport de façon originale au PX200 Elestartrad quelque chose de "zurueckversetzt" ;. De cette manière le fil au tronçon de vague est "zu des Ende" ;, avant que la mère n'appuie sur le Luera. Ainsi, on ne serre pas bonne conscience la mère avec 60 NM, lui vient toutefois de pression sur le cône - le danger de destruction de rainure de clavette et de Halbmondabreiss- le plus élevé ! Résultat : Il examine absolument si le fil au tronçon de vague pas déjà devant la surface d'appui mère du Pk Lueras "endet" ;. Si , absolument une laveuse verbauen installant à partir du diamètre. Dans le GSF avec le PK- et le HP4, des échappements ont connaissance quelques-des de ces cas. Principalement en combinaison Mazzuchelli vagues de fonctionnement/de Lunghub-.

You should use one of the PK-Flywheels, which are done with a second "nut".

thanks "polinist", but my question is to know the way to do the second "nut", I don't the degree position from the first nut ???

the second groove is done with a cutter performing a longitudinal stroke (is it called shaper???) and infeed in height!

Another way to fit a PK-flywheel (e.g. one with a different cone angle): Mark the position of the offset magnets for the PickUp at the steel cone of an old PX-Flywheel, remove the inner part by grinding the rivets off. Do the same on the PK-flywheel. Then position the PX-cone as close as possible (in terms of angle) to the marking, apply Loctite bearing and bush bond (603 or 641) on all fit surfaces. Fix the whole lot with M5 flat hex. head socket screws and nuts (nuts on the outside and threads secured with Loctite 243). Cut or grind the remaining thread of without overheating the bond (use coolant)! Adjust the timing with a strobe!

Works well on my Pinolini 225 Conversion and yet on my T5!
