Tengo una Vespa 200 DS española (1980).
He restaurado el motor (cojinetes, retenes, etc.) excepto el cilindro.

Está en estado original : cilindro 200 original, carburador.
Dellorto SI24 con chorros altos 116/160, chorros bajos 48/160 y difusor EB3.

Tiempo de encendido a 23°. Bujía Champion N4C/NGK B7ES.

Mi intención es sustituir el kit de cilindros por un Polini 210 (2023)
 de acero. Cortar y pegar. No quiero hacer ningún otro trabajo en el cárter.
Usaría un escape BGM Bigbox Touring y un filtro de aire perforado.

¿Qué chorros altos y bajos necesitaría?

¿Qué tiempo de encendido necesita el Polini?

Hello everyone! I have a Spanish Vespa 200 DS (1980). I restored the engine (bearings, seals, etc.) except for the cylinder. It's in original condition: original 200 cylinder, carburetor. Dellorto SI24 with 116/160 high cuts, 48/160 low cuts, and EB3 diffuser. Ignition timing at 23°. Champion N4C/NGK B7ES spark plug. My intention is to replace the cylinder kit with a Polini 210 (2023) steel cylinder. Cut and strip. I don't want to do any other work on the board. I'm using a BGM Bigbox Touring exhaust and a perforated air filter. What high and low cuts are needed? What ignition timing does Polini need?

take the cylinder (i would use the malossi sport), no foot gasket or just a thin foot gasket, the rest at the head. 1,2 - 1,3 squish.

the main jet will be around 130, but this you have to try.

bei mir im keller liegt nur stroh rum...
