Anyone who can tell me where to find a 0,22ish mm head gasket for my Quattrini M1L 60 Cylinder?

Been looking all over the interweb, but no Luck...

Nope I don't.

But 0,20 would be good, or 0,25

o.2 in Aluminium will last ?

does that have to be copper  ?

i suppose cutting by hand will be fastest.

The old one is alu, so should work fine With another in alu...

best way:

order soft alu o.25 at the bay.

mark the circle and cut it via razorsharp cutter point on a mat. adjust circle via dremel or bigger grinding wheel in the drilling machine.

clamp it down with tape. punch the holes with an iron hole-punch or whatever they call it.

1 hour job.

Looking at your old gasket, I´m not to sure, that 0,25mm will work "fine".

Maybe it´s just to thin to be durable at the temperatures and pressures involved...

It is rather destroyed due to me taking it off....

And the dark stuff is the sealing I’m using...

No leaks for the past three years..

cans of beer may be very thin and of aluminum, too. does cost only a 

 

(never tried something like that)

Take Copper, 0,25 is too thin!
