  1. Have you ever tried the BGM PRO sport ? https://blog.scooter-center.com/fr/pot-dechappement-banane-de-malossi-pour-vespa-pv125-et3/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=MEHR+LESEN&utm_campaign=newsletter-classic-de I wonder if the inner tube at the cylinder exist is bigger than the Sip road.
  2. Thanks for the advices, I will work on this points.
  3. The spark looks great, but the floor of the scoot is really greasy. I can try something, but when throtling at max during big distances the behaviour was ok. I can test few points less. I will also test the mono reeds in the manifold. And in a second step, I'll try a bigger carb to see the difference, I have a Koso28 with a 28mm intake.
  4. I haven't modified the wideness of the exhaust, original shape what like this, and already 70% I will control the timings to see, for the squich I have 1,1mm. I would like to keep a 19mm for a good fuel consumption, it was around 4,3L/100km this week end, with a lot of 3/4 gear in backcountry. I could test a PHB19 or remove the Polini airfilter and put a bigger mainjet. I have added the curves to compare with the original engine.
  5. Hi, Here is my ET3 130 project, which has now only the stickers from an ET3. It works well on the road but there is still room for improvment, I hope you can help me. The main idea is to keep and original look/noise. So a banana style exhaust is what I would like to keep. On the road to the Rallye des Gones. I have the following setup: Polini Evo original timings, only bigger transfert ports, exhaust fitted to SIP road diameter Casing machined, from an old racer engine Polini intake manifold with SHB19 with polini airfilter Mazzu crankshaft PK 12v ignition with lightened PK flywheel (serie pro I guess ?), 17° Ratio 2,76 4th short BGM 48 teeth 3.5 tires I did a rotronic test last week end and get this before the hard disk crashed: 10,7 hp at 6700rpm 12,3 N.m (1,254M.kg) at 5814rpm (only the last one is good, we forgot to calculate the losses related to the gearbox on the others). There is a second peak after 8000 so I wonder if I could do something to optimise it. On an standard engine Sip did this dyno: 7,7hp / 5612rpm 10,5N.m / 3640rpm Is there any informations / threads / dynos with the sip road exhaust ? Thanks for your advices. Greetings from France Antoine
  6. What spring do you guys use for the primary cover disc ? Edit: Alright, I got my answer from Marco, Overrev green or BGM PRO.
  7. Hi, I have a problem on a daily evo / sip road / DRT tree / DRT 8 springs clutch, when in charge in 4th gear, there are small slippings, the 4th stay engaged but it behave like if I was pushing the clutch lever. The clutch cable isn't too tight (in each gear), I have clearance on the clutch lever. What could it be ?
  8. Hello, I have an old Hartz4 with a FAIO ECO christmas tree and FAIO primary with needle bearings, and the christmas tree goes too deep in the spider. The spider fits nicely on an original christmas tree Does a spider with smaller cone exist ? Right now I have a 13/15 cone.

  10. Thank you, I will try this. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  11. Hi, I have a 13° grad PVL for a racing scooter, what is the classic setup to use ? How much degres at 3500/4000 for example ? I have a Wforce58x54 with 127/193 timings. Thank your very much. Antoine
  12. Hi Lenki, What upper plate did you mount ? Do you have an offset of the center hole ? About the 1mm clearance, the largeness in the aria where you mount the shock should be the same than on the original piaggio. You can use a spacer to correct this. You can make your own or buy one from sip or sck, I think I saw this part, I have to check.
  13. Hello, Could someone give me the dimensions of the speedo gear in a LML hub ? Internal / external diameter & lenght. Thank you very much.
  14. Here are the curves from the Polini website: http://www.polini.com/dep/PI454.pdf Curves fall between 8 / 9000 depending on the curves compared to the PVL with digitronic which curves fall at 7000.
  15. Hi, What is in theory the best thing to do when setting up the variable ignition ? dealing with the kick at 6/7000 or looking at the power pic arround 9/10000 ? I made an excel with the different ignition possibilities to try to understand. PVL 13° Ref 1443 PVL 22° Ref 1077 PVL 3° Ref 1442 + Malossi Digitronic Vespatronic I played with the offsets corresponding to the stator position on the casing, to bring the curves closer to be able to compare them.
  16. Thank you for this nice week end ! Lulu, Romain "Baguette" and I, had a lot of fun with you guys. Keep rocking !
  17. Thinking to the way to shorten the inlet of my W-force I found a YZ 250 inlet on google with the fixing holes very similar to the original one. + It has a small curve to get closer to the side panel. Has anyone tried it or something similar ?
  18. I have exactly the same problem, when I'm at low rpm and throttle at full gaz, the scooter has "Stottern" and it seems that I have also this behavious in curves. My setup: Polini 177, Si24 55/160 160/BE3/132, si24 original smmimerdeckel/ 2,2mm hole in the vergaser , Sip road Maybe the 2,2mm hole is too much, the DRT has 1,8 accoding to sip.. ?
  19. Hello, I wonder what Magura model is this ? Any feedback ? http://www.scooter-center.com/product/7676540/Brake+master+cylinder+MAGURA+Radial+piston+11mm+rhs?meta=7676540*scd_ALL_en*s934393145952*magura*1*1*1*16
  20. Thank you for the answer ! Are thoses holes the 1,8mm holes they are talking about on sip ?
