Is the difference between the race mazzu and the lipped by worb 5 only on the masselot of clutch side ? Do they only remove the lip or do they made other modifications ?

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
I will recheck my measurements, i don't know where the difference comes from, i have a gravedigger cylinderhead with 1mm squich, and when i take measure of the squih with tin (pewter ?) i obtain 1mm so my TDC should be the top surface of the cylinder. Concerning the exhaust port the base of the port is higher than the piston can i remove the 1mm like on the picture ?

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Yes it does, why don't i find this measures with my graduate disc and 0,2mm block part, i have check it before removing the cylinder i found 186 / 121°... However i will make something like this:

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Here is a portmap of my polini 130 cylinder: I found 41,5mm for the width of the exhaust map, so it makes 66% for a 57,5mm diameter. If i want to reach 70% i should increase the portmap width to 44,59mm (40,25 linear) I also took pictures of the exhaust port: http://picasaweb.google.fr/fleuryantoine/Polini130Exhaust# Edit: The inlet port is 39,6mm on clucth side and 39,2 on ignition side.

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Hey !!

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
That's clear, i will try to use the port mapping calculator, what is the size of the conroad and its stroke on mazzuchelli ?
-
Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Because i thought it was a problem when the bottom of the port were higher or lower than the bottom of the piston. So i though it was necessary to increase the bottom of "X" on my drawing.

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Yes that's a race engine but if i raise the cylinder i will have to work the bottom of each port, exhaustport , inlet port, 3rd port, isn't that easier to work only on the top of the inlet port without raising the cylinder ? I will ask Mathias for the ideal timing of his exhaust.

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
- I will check the ignition with my strobe light asap. - For the 70% schould i take the width measure on the portmap or the measure directly on cylinder ? I think "Sehnenmaß" is more logical - To raise the 126° i really don't know, i know that it's dangerous to touch the shape of the inlet ports, but i would like not to use a spacer..... any aproximative idea of how much millimeters i should increase ?

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Thanks FalkR, for the vespatronic i have adjusted it like on the picture bellow. I'll take all the measure for the exhaust tonight, the inlet port is the polini original, and for the exhaustport width i'm far from the 72% ? allowed by the gs piston. the exhaust flange is 32mm diameter (i have adjusted it for the pm40).

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
I will make a portmap and take pictures tonight, i didn't update the exhaust port since i put the GS piston...

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
Hello, I just come back from the Run & Race, it was awesome, nice race with cool german people ! I need some advises for my setup Polini 130 + GS piston Malossi cylinder head gravedigerised Racing Cranckshaft mazzuchelli (not lip) 4th DRT Ratio 2,86 Clucth renforced 4 discs with softer spring than the malossi Koso 28 Polini reedvalve with stage6 membran 28mm intake Vespatronic Diagram 186 / 121 / squich 1mm (i only touch the exhaust port and i made the cylindre 2 and 3mm machined) First try at Mirecourt on Maxiscoot Dyno 16PS Koso setup 135/42/ Needle Keihin JJJ 2nd position from top Exhaust PM40 Second try at Run&Race 09 less than 16 but better revolutions Koso setup 128/42 Needle Keihin JJJ 3rd positon from top Exhaust Franz I tought i can have more power with the franz but i think i'll have to modify my setup, do you have any advise ? too rich ? clucth too soft ? need to update the diagramms ? TT92 size
Hello, I will take a 3,5-10 for my rear whell on my racing smallframe, and for the front one i hesitate between a 3,5 and a 90/90-10. Anyone tried a 90/90 ? any advise compared to the 3,5 ? It would be nice to find this measure to compare. Cheers.

Schöne Sitzbank für V50
Hello, Here is a seat i have bought at "seventies scooter" in france, i like it a lot because it's less high than the original mono seat. It's a bit hard because of the metalic armature but very pleasant to ride. Seventies scooter commercialised only 100 models, now they have a brand new one that is a bit different, maybe they will make a new series, i hope so.

3D engine case scan
For sure that's an expert, i told me that it tooks a lot of time to make it, i would like to adapt the parts by myslef (i work on solidworks), so i will only need a welder and a machiner.
-
3D engine case scan
Yes that's the idea, produce a membranbox to adapat it on the engine case. I would like to realise a 3D model of the assembly to be sure it will feets perfectly...
-
3D engine case scan
Oh the pictures come from Uncle Tom...

3D engine case scan
Thanks, a long time ago i have asked some pictures to Thomas from the GSF but i can't remember is name here.... He made this parts:

3D engine case scan

3D engine case scan
I'm working on a big size intake for my smallframe and i would like to make a 3D model of the parts that i'm going to machine. Is there a 3D model of the smallframe engine case available on the GSF ? I have begun to modelise the engine case on solidworks but it's very long and a 3D scan should be a better idea. Greets Antoine
