Interesting point of view. So I should compress the shock at the maximum, and ensure that the lever is just before horizontal position (arround almost90°/column) to have a good breaking effixiency right ?

Hello, My CNC D.R.T clutch basket doesn't fit correctly so I have to make it machined so that it can go further on the christmas tree... right now I haven't enough thread to fix it.... I have B=4mm with the CNC model and 6mm with a DRT original modified. What is the usual angle inside the clutch basket?- Polini EVO 130ccm - was kann er wirklich?

I'll try this. I forgot to talk about the RAMAIR airfilter... , I have removed it and I don't have anymore greasy deposit on the muffler. I made a more accurate test to define which stage doesn't work, everything works well until the 1/2 throttle (with and without the airfilter), after that it works really bad... I will also check the tapper of the original Koso needle, who knows...- Polini EVO 130ccm - was kann er wirklich?

Hello guys, I don't know if this is the good thread to talk about the setup.. I need your advice. On a daily Polini Evo not openened, just with transfert ports ajusted and exhaust adjusted to PM40, I have a koso 28 on a polini reedvavle with 28mm intake, mazzu anticiped etc... and lightenned flywheel. Here are the setup: Main Jet 122, needle Keihin JJJ, 2nd position from top, Idle jet 42. Idle / half throttle work very well, it seems to miss a little bit power at full throttle, and the muffler is very oily/greasy at the end of a ride. I should reduce the main jet, but it is allready to low isn't it ? What do you think ? - Angle on PK steering column's lever
