Hello! Was riding last year with a Polini 208 (57) with Pep2 and SI24. Was really good as long as I didn't stay on full throttle for hours... Then it heat-seized... Rebuilt this year with 60mm and a PHBH30 as I'm towing a PAV... but now I think the induction noise is a bit too much. And the response on low rpm's isnt good enough either... Will it be possible to ride the scooter and Pav proper with a SI24? -and how should it be jetted? The inlet is standard, but minor work done with the ports. Any help is very apreciated! Thanks! Hello! Sorry for English, but my German s.cks. Anyway, I'm about to fit a Dellorto fuelpump on my Malossi 220 Engine. The setup is Px200 engine with casings adjusted for Malossi, S&S 60mm crank, S&S, clutch, S&S reed and intake, PWK35 and a Pipedesign Charger220. It doesn't get enough fuel, so I'm about to fit a fuelpump. But how do i fit the vacum nozzle on the S&S reed-housing? Rgrds, Øyvind
Hello! Sorry once again for writing in english... But, I've built a longstroke Polini208-engine with gently ported engineblock, 1,5mm spacer at sylinderfoot, MMW head for Polini, Pep2 exhaust and no work done at the inlet. Used a SI24 this year, but no success. -seized. Are now trying a PHBH30 and I'm wondering what jets, needles and slides to use? I've searched the forum for help, but haven't found anything. Can any one help me get started? Rgrds, Øyvind
