  1. Was about to mount the VXR26/26 carb on my M244 engine yesterday. Luckily I checked the size first; Any thoughts? PS! I read german, But not good enough to write... Rgrds Øyvind Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hmm, the noise/sound from the engine is ok for a while, but not for long distance riding... Sounds like the hose is going back on... Thanks for advice! [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. OK, I'm leaning more towards a setup similar to the Polini venturi kit, but just buy a filter, as the Pinasco comes with a funnel... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Hi, I'm currently building a M244-engine for my SS180. I'm using a Pinasco VXR26/26 carb With the funnel and was wondering what airfilter to use. As it is to be fit in a SS180 frame, I'm not using a hose Connected to the frame. Any suggestions what airfilter to put on the carburettor Box? Rgrds Øyvind
  5. OK, I'll go for that then. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Hi! I'm about to assemble my Quattrini M244 engine, and wonder how many Nm's to use on the bolts for the casings? Thanks for help! Rgrds Øyvind Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Thanks Fred, Hopefully it is going to work as it should now for a while... -it is my daily commuter... Not I just have to sort out the rev counter, as there is a dodgy contact somewhere making the needle dancing around...
  8. Hi, The needle on my rev Counter on my PX200GS (T5 frame With PX200 engine) is jumping around... The rev Counter was tested on another scoot than mine, and worked perfectly. So apperantly I don't have a "clean" signal for the rev Counter. -but where does it pick up the signal from? Rgrds Øyvind
  9. Thanks Fred! Got it sorted. -it was the rectifyer that was the problem. New rectifyer and the starter works nice and the fuse doesn't blow! [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Hi, My 1988 PX200GS keeps on blowing the fuse from the electric starting relay. Even a 10A it blows. And with the ignition off, the new fuse blows intantly when inserted in the fuse holder... Any suggestions on what can be wrong? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hi, I just renovated my 1988 PX200-engine... -New bearings, seals and gaskets. I now have a oilleakage from the SI carburettor. There are of course New gaskets between carb and carbbox and between carbbox and casings. It leaks two stroke oil from somewhere underneath the carbbox (no two stroke oil inside the carbbox) -and yes, I've changed the gasket 3 times... Any suggestion on where the leakage can be? Rgrds Øyvind
  12. Sounds like a good sollution, except that I don't have a lathe... That's why I'm going for the Dremel sollution. -just a bit afraid of taking too much and going through the metal...
  13. Hi Tobi, He he, the elestart is not needed -but highly preferred... Was jus wondering if there is a risk of going through to the ports if I use the Dremel to remove a mm or two...? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hi, I've fitted a Polini208 on my PX200GS With elestart... I've removed some material on the sylinder, as the flywheel rubs on it... But I haven't removed enough, as it still rubs a little. -how much can I remove without going through the cylinder? I Guess the Polini208 should work With elestart flywheel? Rgrds Øyvind
  15. I haven't meassured yet... Need to finnish my largeframe-engine before I move on to the smallframe. Hopefully by NeXT week I know more...
  16. Thanks for the replies gents, I'll have to take the clutch out again and check... But it will take some time, as I'm currently rebuilding my PX200-engine, but the Quattrini engine is NeXT in line... -I'll keep you updated!
  17. Yes, That's my thought as well... But trying new cork plates and new steel plates with softer springs to see if it helps... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. It should... I'll rebuild it with new plates and softer springs to see if it helps... [emoji13] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Ouch! That's no good for a New clutch that has been used for 60km...
  20. Hi all and thanks for replies! I've used a 0,5mm shim on the christmastree, and I've used the repkit With countersunk screws. I checked the clutch when fitting it, and nothing rubs... It is a KE Performance Series 6 clutch With Cosa plates.
  21. Ok, Thanks. My concern was more about if there is sufficient Space for the temp censor on the head, when fitted to the sparkplug as normal. But I'll do as With "normal" cylinderheads and fit it on the sparkplug.
  22. Hi, I've got at KE Performance clutch in my Quattrini M1L60 engine... Fitted With 10 springs and original Cosa clutch plates. But the clutch doesn't disengage properly. -any suggestion of fault? Rgrds Ø
  23. Hi, Have anybody fitted a temp sensor (for SIP speedo) on their Quattrini M232/244 cyilinder head? I can't figure out how to fit it on mine... Rgrds

Hi again Tim, I've tried to setup the speedo with one pulse pr rev, but then ended up with an idle around 8-9k... -so obviously something wrong somewhere. What cable from the ignitionplate should the brown signal cable for the speedo be attached to? Rgrds Øyvind

Hi Tim! Thanks for quick reply! :) I take the signal from one of the cables to the rectifier...
