  2. Ok, thanks! Very usefull information! -I have been thinking of that myself, but wasn't sure... I might try with a SIP Road to check....
  3. Haven’t tried to push it to far above 7k, as it vinrates so much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Tried 135, and same vibrations... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Hi! I have a Polini221 engine that rides very smooth. -never had so little vibrations in a Vespa engine... But that is only as long I don't push it over 7000rpm... -then it starts to vibrate heavily... I'm suspecting that the pick-up isn't all good, and can't deliver proper sparks above 7k rpm. -does that makes sence? Setup; PX200 casing matched to sylinder 60mm crank (unknown brand, bought here on GSF) SI24/24 autolube with nd3,33 and hd128 Standard ignition on 19" Polini box exhaust. Rgrds Ø
  6. Ok, I’ll do! But CHT is around 90, so might not be lean? Anyway, I’ll try Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Original airfilter with drilled holes above main jet and low jet. PS! I've now running 128Hd and 3,33 on slow jet, but still stutters on low throttle....
  8. Hi! Newly built my Polini221 engine... Setup; Polini221 60mm crank Polini box pipe Ignition 19’ SI24/24 with nd48/160 and hd135 My problem is that it still four-strokes/stutters on low rev and a bit in the lower midle.. -even with a 3,33 slow jet?!? The ignition is spot on 19 degrees. Anyone who can help me solve this? Rgrds Ø Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Hi! Bought a SIP conversion light switch: https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/light+switch+sip+conversion+_60091300 to get rid of the additional button for the sip speedo. But there is no instruction on how to wire the cable from the button in to the switcn. Anyone who can tell how to put the wire (the original wire for the sip button consist of two wire...) Thanks in advance! Rgrds Øyvind
  10. Hi all! My Quattrini M1L GTR engine has started to behave badly... -doesn't idle properly, and doesn't rev out properly... So I'm expecting to need new reed petals for it. But which reed petals suits the cylinder best? Rgrds Øyvind

  13. Thanks Arnelutchki! It is a fairly ok project, but not as nice as it seems... I've already welded on new floor and front shield, as I took over a project that was given up... The sides was also altered, as previous owner had prepared the frame for GS cowls, but given up, so I refitting the proper T4 cowls... In addition I'm fitting a PK fork and PX221 engine, so it will not be original... And as it is to be used as my commuting scooter, I would like to have the autolube (I'm commuting 40km every day) So I'll start on the hole in the frame fairly soon... ;) Rgrds Øyvind
  14. Hi! For my vinter project, I’m rebuilding a 1959 Sweedish Vespa Touring (VGLA1T), similar as German T4. So far the floor and struts along with the horn cap has been replaced. -otherwise it is just surface rust! I’m building it with a PK fork and a Polini221 engine with SI-carb and PIS Road 2.0. I’ve kept the autolube function in the engine, so I’ll fit a PX tank with oil tank. But can someone please direct me on where to cut the hole for the glas for the oil level? Thanks! 15. Hi! I’m rebuilding my autolube in my SI24/24, and I was wondering if there should be a spring underneath the cog?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Hi Rita! Thanks, but that will not help me, as the Special has a slightly different frame from V50S/V90.... Need papers for V5SA1T.... Rgrds Øyvind
  17. Hi, I'm working With Norwegian "TUV" to get them to approve my 1971 V50S With a standard 90Racer engine… I have showed them the spare part catalouge that states that V5SA1T frame is the same as V9A1T, but not enough… So I was thinking of showing them that German TUV approves V5SA1T frames With larger engines, it would be a great start. Therefore, does anyone have a copy of TUV papers for V50S With large engine in it? -only engine, cannot be With disk brake, pk fork etc, as mine is Stock otherwise. Hope you can help! Best Regards Øyvind
  18. Hi! I'm working With the Norwegian Biltilsyn (similar to TUV) about getting my V50S approved With 90Racer engine… Was just wondering if any has copies of TUV Approval of V50(S) -not Special, With tuned engines? Preferably in scooters With normal drum brakes, as I'm not fitting disk brake... Any help/copies is highly appreciated! Best Regards Øyvind
  19. Hi, I have a M244 engine in my SS180 scooter, and it Works really great! BUT, the induction noise is quite high, so I'm considering fitting a hose from the inlet manifold on the frame to the carb (PWK28) I'm going to use a hose With id 50mm Question then is if the airflow in the frame is sufficient to feed the carb/engine? Rgrds Ø
  20. It is rather destroyed due to me taking it off.... And the dark stuff is the sealing I’m using... No leaks for the past three years.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Apperantly 0,25 is more correct... But still made of alu... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
