  9. It works well and smooth but it's too noisy for me, I changed for the original carb with intake in the frame.

  12. That's something I have in mind too, but I wasn't sure of the room available for a carburetor with a bigger body. The CP is really small compared to the VHST or PHBG. Further more you have to consider a clearance with the cylinder cover to avoid the wear of the carburetor's tank. But I'll sleep on it ad have a look. Another system that could be used in both directions:

  14. what carburetor do you use ? It might work on the setup above but for bigger VHST or PHB 24er carbs with aluminium AF manifold it won't fit as the carburetor will be closer from the frame.   17. I'am looking at an affordable way to produce them. Maybe SLA printing. Resin is too expansive for this single part.

  20. You can use a bgm or stage6 idle screw. they are supposed to fit on phbg and vhst, however on Vhst I had to change the small washer inside the idle hole because its inner diameter was too tight for the BGM screw. You can also adjust the original washer.
  21. Alright, intakes to fit 24er carbs arrived yesterday ! Only one left ! Someone interested ?
  22. By my side I haven’t struggled with the dellorto carburetor yet. However soon or later I will have to, as the series is almost ready ! Yeah !
