  1. Exhaust for M1L: Note the "straigth" output on the exhaust side ! ET3.it: http://lnx.et3.it/phpBB-2.0.17/phpBB2/view...677&start=0
  2. Edit: http://www.germanscooterforum.de/index.php...st&id=33782 Red curve is Franz/HZ WITH boostports, rigth ?
  3. BBG, I think I remember two power curves comparing your engine with the CR125 exhaust and another one with a Franz or HZ ... What is before or after you machined the boost-ports ?? Can anyone help me finding these curves ? Thank you
  4. Are we still waiting for the SF 28 teeth primary gear ??
  5. Any news from the Franz kits ? Hugo-kits on its way ?
  6. Not really ! Because the 1st and 2nd gear are long gear for acceleration... 3rd and 4th are shorter for racing...
  7. Only 30 pieces of each..... :-D Link: http://lnx.et3.it/phpBB-2.0.17/phpBB2/view...&highlight=
  8. Paaaaasst !!! http://www.germanscooterforum.de/index.php?showtopic=106151
  9. Do not forget the best part !!!!!! :-D Sehr Gut !!!!
  10. On ET3.it I read that the M1L should have these boostports... Hoax or not... let´s wait and see !
  11. Can someone point me out a picture of BBG's M1 exhaust port... ?
  12. There is a question from Italy http://lnx.et3.it/phpBB-2.0.17/phpBB2/view...&highlight= One of the guy is wondering what is your exhaust manifold diameter ?? By the way, is this a Gerhead or a quatrini one ? And, is there any chance that you show us in a simple way where to cut/solder the CR125 pipe in order to fit a smallframe like yours ?? ++
  13. @BBG: How do you fit the damper ??
  14. Paaaßt !! Actually, when I see this very nice and impressive achievment, I am thinking that this kind of adapted exhaust would best suit my 2-times-a-year-vespa-racer... BBG: Can you give more information on this engine and on the modifications to the CR exhaust ? Nice carbon engine cover :D
  15. Funny, I am also looking for a 60mm-fullcircle crankshaft for PX125 !!
  16. http://www.sip-scootershop.com/pages/details.php?ID=27653 Big Volume ?? Good perf !? Already discussed ?
  17. What a good year for smallframe tuning !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D
  18. Yes, I forgot to mention it, I will also need it for my next project :) Actually, the problem for this feature is that I could not find any electrical information on how to control it (should be a PWM signal, but current consumption could be an issue). Let's not get too much excited about all this, I'll come back with some more results.
  19. Why doing it ? Main reason: because it's fun :) And yes, it is totally different :) - The goal is to make it *completely* plug'n play, 4 wires to disconnect/reconnect and you're done :) - It uses the normal CDI unit - Will monitor/display temperature sensors, Rpm, programmable Quick-shift/OverTemp LED,... There is still a lot to do on the user interface side, mandatory to be used by someone else...
  20. And no dyno runs ??
  21. Grüß Got My relocation finished, I have just restarted to work on my programmable vCDI, slowly but surely, and I have a some questions related to the AddonV: - I think I remember the author of the AddonV is on the forum, right ? I would be interested in knowing how behave the timing advance when there is a *massive* acceleration or deceleration. As far as I have understood, the AddonV is an "analog filter", something like a delay circuit, so my understanding is that it cannot react "instantly". Put in another way, how precise is the AddonV when engine revs change dramaticaly ... ? - Is there any power curve showing an improvment ? Or at least, does the engine run cooler ? Best and long life to this topic
