  4. Hello, Sorry for speaking english, but I speak no german. I'm also trying the wideframe conversion on an ACMA 1953. But I got some space/clearance problem. I'm using the adapter from cargustav and a PX200 engine. The cylinder is very close to the frame, I had to remove some millimeters of the fins. From what I've seen, I need to cut some of the frame to allow more clearance. But as you can see from the picture there is no place for the cylinder head. It's too close to the frame and to the cowling attachment (fixation). What do you suggest ? Thanks for your help.

  6. Thanks Amazombi. My plan is to run on an Indian GP200. So 3 possibilities : -indian GP gearbox, not very good I think. -italian Li 150 gearbox, seems to be prefered by Rimini -italian Li 125 gearbox, that has a short 1st which is nice to start quickly in traffic.

  8. Piston is used on an original cylinder. When I bought it in FRANCE, it was advertised as a "230 japanese" conversion. I've seen them on www.beedspeed.com years ago, don't know if they still sell them.
  9. Not the same setup, but it might help Rally 200 engine converted to PX 12v ignition using half casing. Piston 70,4mm so gives 221 cm3 short 4th gear from a PX125 SI 24 carb, with 125 main jet, no autolub Sidecar is a Cozy been clocked at 90 km/h in 4th. You don't see many sidecar also in France.

  11. Yes, I got a PWK 28/30 on my Imola engine. And I'm planning to fit the PWK 24 on a SIL 200 engine.

  13. if you can wait a few days, I'll give you the dimension of the Scootrs PWK 24 carb. OKO PWK 24 and 28/30 share the same body, only the bore is different.
  14. Maybe I can answer some of your questions, but I don't understand german... sorry. Here a picture that show the under seat mounting. There's a flat part that goes in the 3 holes from the seat, and it's connected to the support bar. The side has no brake, and it's not really necessary, you can live without it. But that's my point of view with my experience !

  16. Hello, I'd like to add a battery to my lambretta to power spot & fog lights so I need to built and weld a battery tray, and find a battery powerfull enough. So which battery do you use ? Do you have a reference to give me, or the measurements, so that I can build my tray at the correct size. Thanks for anyhelp.

Can you take the measurements, or take pictures of close-up, because I'd like to reproduce them for my next project, and I'm not ready to spent 105£ for a pair from AF. Thanks for your help

Hello I went down to a 140 main, X2 needle : second clip from top 1-1/2 air screw Engine start fine, revs ok on the road until I reach a certain rpm (after 3/4) and if I manage to go over this stage it goes well. But the only way to do this is to be down hill. Up hill it's very hard to go behind this point. Any idea ? The plug is very light brown.
  22. Hello Anyone is running an imola engine with a PHBH 30 ? I can't manage to set it up, my best result is main 145 AV266 X3 first clip from top The result : acceleration is OK unitil I reach 1/2 - 3/4, there it runs crap. And the plug is grey. I tried a 150 & 140, but it's worst Li 125 engine, imola kit, high compression head, imola reeds, gianelli exhaust MK2. If you don't run on a PHBH but another carb, can you tell me you specs, and what manifold are you using ? The Oko PWK is too small for the imola rubber manifold. Thanks for any help.

  24. Thanks Lucifer for the answer. So my only solution is a 21 teeth clutch, but I tried it and there's too much play between each tooth. Only half of the tooth is connected to the other. I'm not very confident with that solution, with such a setup a tooth could broke easily. Am I wrong to think that way ?
  25. Hello again, Anyone tried to make a 22/65 combiantion ? I know it can be done by unriveting the central clutch gear from a P150 clutch and reattaching it to a P200 style clutch. But what kind of rivet do you use ? What should I look for ? Or can I use a complete P150 clutch with 22 teeths in a Rally 200 engine without worrying about explosion of the clutch ? Anyone with a good idea ?
