If you have billing agreement set up through paypal, then you would need to cancel this through paypal by ending that agreement. The link for the pre approved payments appears to be the following if this helps:

You can also cancel renewals on credit cards, and manual payment items from the 'my purchases' page, which you will find at the following page. You should be able to cancel most from here, however I do know on paypal it requires cancelling on their site for billing agreements.
