Does anyone have any experiance with this kit?

I have had a shim made to use a 19/19 SHB and a 1mm packer to raise the barrel.Does anyone have a thought on what spec. the crank should be?

i don't think the crank spec should be your main concern. with the one mill packing plate you intend to use you have effectively raised transfer and exhaust port timing (and you've also reduced blowdown). i don't know about the original port times, so i cannot really comment on that. you have also lowered inlet port timing though, which in my book does not go along well with what happened above the barrel's waist line. to put it blundly: you have opened the doors for the fresh charge to get up into the combustion chamber, and you have opened the door to give the then spent gases time to escape, but you have closed the door through which the juice is supposed to get in in the first place. if i were you i'd probably start with the kit as it was intended, measure the port times and if i had an inkling that the whole thing needed further tweaking i'd get back here with the figures to discuss further proceeding.
