Salut Eric!

I hope I have understood you in the right way:

If you want to remove the rubbers, you have to heat them a bit, for example with a hairdrier. Then pull the rubber from the handle by turning it a bit around.

If you don't want to replace them, you could even cut them with a carpet-knife.

As Black PX already wrote, the easiest way to remove the rubbers is to cut them open with a sharp knife. Only use this method if you don´t want to put them back on.

To fit new rubber grips, either put them in hot water for a while so they extend a bit or heat them up with a hairdryer. Another way to do this job is to fill a bit of "cleaning alcohol" ("Spiritus" in German) into the grip and use this for lubrication. The grips should easily slip onto the handlebar then. The alcohol then just dries up and the grips fit tightly.

Edit: If you just want to fit a "lock eye" to the left-hand side handlebar end, just cut open the end of the rubber grip, put the "lock eye" in and tighten it. No need to change the grips for that.

In fact, I don't wanna change my rubbers but wanna install my lock attachs (ring attachs).

I imagined I had to remove the rubbers...but in a french forum they say that I only have to unscrew things forum the handlebar to install this lock.

I don´t exactly know how those "lock eyes" are fitted to the handlebar since they seem to be a French/Spanish specialty.

Nevertheless, the headset top is fitted with 4 screws from underneath through the headset bottom. Undo these, then push up the speedo cable where it comes out of the fork next to the front mudguard. The headset top should come up a bit then. Take the speedo cable off the speedo (white clip) and take off the wires, which are also fitted with a clip. Then you can take off the handlebar top including the speedo. Now you should be able to access anything you need to fit the "lock eye".
