I am looking for pictures of original paint inside the left side cowling (tool box). 

 

Was the battery tray black or body color?

 

Was the rectifier cover black or body color?

 

Finally, when was the horn/lights button black and when was it ivory. I've seen pictures of it in different colors even in the same year.

I finally found a picture in this thread .  

 

The rectifier cover is definitely black.

 

I still can not tell about the batter cover, there is too much corrosion. 

 

It looks like the inside of the cowl which sprayed in silver-gray, but some paint flaked away to expose the red primer.
