I present my latest creation. This is an adapter plate that allows mounting on any Rotax cylinder on Small Vespa carter , that it is standard 122 or 123 or Polini 160! This plate is made entirely of Avional (Duralumin), designed in CAD and then professionally milled with CNC machines! Has a thickness of 12mm, and both sides are rectified! It?s fixed with 4 hidden screws Allen M7 and later, thanks to the 4 M8 screw is possible to mount the cylinder as in a normal Rotax carter! The racking are already linked in a base, so no need to carry welding or similar operations.

The strength of the material and its mechanical properties have allowed me to minimize the clutter, leading to the cylinder itself seems to go once assembled!

I created a transfer of the cooler water that lets you choose whether to open it and attach a pipe , or leave it closed , to mount the pipe on the cylinder itself! The mouth of the cylinder is 65mm, so it can accommodate the Rotax Polini 160 without problems!

the crankshaft must be C54mm and piston rod 110mm.

I sell it with 4 Allen screws M7, 4xM8 screw, 1 strip of aluminum tape and if I manage a small gift!
