So the main stand was galvanised, and all the parts of the seat were painted in the vespa's colour .... as you say it is not logical to paint the hook but it was easier to paint the seat once mounted instead of each part one by one ....

Hi, I saw this weekend one of the first acma with many plates on the legshield... and some of them were from germany in 52 to 62... So I would like to know if there is a german website with all those old plate to give some pictures .... or juste to see others.... :grins: For example :

I understood that you put your spacer between the reedcage and the casing... :plemplem: that's why I thought that it can't increase the perf ... in fact I still don't understand why you tried to increase the intake length ... more length = more head loss ...

ich habe nicht alles verstanden aber ....(my german is very far ...) If you look after 3.5x9" tyres there are now rebuilt and on sale for 40?... Have a look on this page : http://acma-150gl.chez.tiscali.fr/page21.php there are some pics ... and the email of the sailer. If you want more info in german contact the german owner registered on this page (he already ordered them...) If you want to be also registered don't hesitate to write me an email with a picture of your GL, the frame number, and all info you have.... I have understood that you would like to know the price of this vespa .... In fact like all vespa it depends of the vespa ... if it restaured or not, if it's complete or not ..... for info a GL like mine (when I bought it) don't cost much more than 150 euros, but to restaure it you will have to spend more than 2000? so it depends on what you want: do it you self a restauration or juste ride .... If you have a picture of the GL and some info, I could give you my estimation....
