Ich habe ein PK50XL mit eim polini 75cc verbaut und eine SIP 17.5B dspc vergasser. Die auspuf ist eine Sito plus. ich suche nach die bedusung hilfe wir habe gerade 72 haubt und 45 neben. mit diesse bedusung is lehrlauf nicht gut ein zu stellen. mit 42 neben auch problematisch. Grusse Jacob

Genau ein 20-mm-Achse kommt aus einer PX150 aus dem 90 '. Kann nun ein Standard-Nabe sowie Bremse montieren.

Ich had die achse ersetz durch einen vepsa achse und brache ein standard rad und nabe.

Ich habe eine zweite Hand Inder Beiwagen gekauft. Ich möchte den Beiwagen meine Vespa PX200 befestigen. Aber es fehlen die Rad und Nabe. Ich bin jetzt auf der Suche nach einem Ersatz-Nabe. Aber kunte keinen Lieferanten für solche Rad finden. Die Achse ist 20mm das gleiche wie ein vespa Vorderrad fehlt aber 15 mm, einen Standard vespa Nabe Trommel zu montieren.

Hello, My cosa 200 CL ('89 VSR1T0003XXX)stops after while (few km), and also in neutral at high revs 7000rpm. I posted before about this problems a the first thought was not enough fuel. But it seems that the piston locks in the cylinder. On a dutch forum there was a suggestion that the fuel mixture was to poor. I have searched this forum and used the cosa kompendium but do not fully understand or can't find the exact answer about the best/right settings for the carb. I'm using the standard air filter box and my settings for nozzles are: Luftdüse 160 Mischrohr BE6 Hauptdüse 92 Nebendüse 48/140 = 2,9 In some post it is advised to change 160 in 140. But in the cosa kompendium a BE3 is used instead of a BE6 ? Is the 160 advisable or is it better to change to 140 and can I do so without any other adjustments ? Jacob

I did drive with the manual override but that didn't help either. Will try with the cap open. Thanks, Jacob

Finally I am road legal with the help this forum. But can't drive any further than a kilometer or so before my Cosa drops dead. It is a Cosa 200CL from '89. The problem that I have is that the engine will stalls after while. I can start the engine easily. Drive for a while and then the engine drops quickly in rpm and stalls. I can kick on right away or use the roll out speed to start it again by letting the clutch go. It seems to occur after the engine is warmed up and no more choke. When I let the engine run in neutral at about 7000 rpm I will get the exact same behavior engine will drop in rpm and at about 1500 is stops completely. And I can kick on immediately. The timing of ignition seems to be spot on. The mixture seems also to be ok. The sparkplug is nicely colored. First idea was not enough fuel but that seems not to be problem. So therefor this post with the question if some one had something similar or can me give some pointers where to look or what to check. Best regards, Jacob

Hello Michael, I have a Cosa without any papers. So no license or import/custums papers. To obtain a License in the Netherlands I need a paper from the KBA that they do not have an objection againt registration in the Netherlands. The cosa is originally from Germany and was registered until 2006. I looked around on the site of the KBA but could not find wat I was looking for. Therfore I wondered if this paper has a (special) name or that there is a standard form for making requests from the KBA. Jacob

Gutemorgen Cosa freunde, Gestern habe ich mein cosa fur ein brief testen lassen bij der RDW das ist die Niederlandische KBA. Aber nur habe ein problem mein Cosa ist orginal eine Deutche cosa mit ein registirung bis 2006. Und um ein kentzeichen zu bekommen muss ich eine papiere haben von der KBA "Erklarung von keine bezwar fur Registrerung in der Niederlanden" Weisst jemand von ienen wie ich das machen sol ?. Kan ich ein email senden am KBA Flensburg oder gibt es speziale formuliere ? GRusse Jacob
