  2. hello i start to install a ranger on a pinasco smart cranckcase (sip 60mm cranck) with flat reedvalve with a si 24 with original air filter and airbox . is it necessary to use washers on cylinder head (M6 and M8) like the original mounting ?

    motovespa ds 200 1980 with 33500kms all keys work except the Neiman/fork. non running : he starts sometimes (is it the problem of the Femsa ignition ?) superficialy rusty. original paint / one owner in Barcelona spanish documentation. scooter located in Metz / france : 1h from Luxembourg, Sarrebrucken, 2 Strasbourg, 3h Mulhouse/Bâle.

  8. hi have you some news about your project ? i am looking for put a ducati stator on a 200ds cranckcase too... cut the old femsa alloy parts and put a ring for compensate the small size of the ducati stator ? is it possible to find this ring or sizes ? thanx

Motovespa T5 1988 33500 kms with original paint except the mudguard. + original paint, motor rebuild since 100 kms (sip crankshaft, Bgm stator, bearings...), 2 keys. - original exhaust with 33 mkms , few scratches. the scooter is located in France Metz 57000 . 2 hours from Strasbourg, 1 hour from Luxembourg city /Sarrebrucken and 3 hours from Bale/Mulhouse 2200 €
  11. hello a friend of mine just broke his crankshaft at Magny cours race on his malossi 221 (malossi cranckases, vhsa 34 , vforce...)... le scooter was powerfull and run very well with 5th best time on practice (1.32) he looks for new trends before choose a new crankshaft and i said to him : "no problem, i ask to the german wizzards on GSF ! " two possibilities for him - easy way : use the same type of crankshaft (cf picture) ? - unknown way with a full circle (malossi produce a new one for his cranckcase) : better pre compression and more torque with more weight ? ps: his first choice is a kingwell with the same form of the broken one.... thanx
  12. i look information about the cosa 125 exhaust : it looks very similar with the 1942 T5 exhaust…. dream or reality ? ps it’s for my px 150 my
