Due to new plans, I´m selling my Malossi 220 Engine.

It was built in 2011, based on brand new PX200 casings.
These were welded for enlarged intake and portings for the cylinder.

The Malossi kit is of course reworked, and the timings are 194/30.

The cylinder head is from Scooter&Service with 1,5 squish and 10:1 comp.

The crank is 60mm reed from Scooter&Service.

The Clutch is a MMW Superstron Cosa clutch with 21 cogs. The plates are from Honda, and the engine runs with Castrol MTX gear olje to prevent slippage..
The gearbox is of course a EFL with 65 main and T5 fourth gear. 21/65 might seem a bit short, but along with 120/90-10 tyre it goes perfect!

The intake is a CNC reed house from MMW with VForce3 reeds.

The carburettor is a Mikuni TM35 with adjustable Powerjet and RamAir airfilter

The ignition is Vespatronic, with 25-17* ignition

The rearbrake is hydraulic diskbrake.

The exhaust is a Pipedesign Charger with temperatur sensor


As allready said, I´m driving to Germany in late february, so I can bring the engine free of charge and deliver along the route from Danish border to SCK.

He he, well spotted.

 

BUT, it is the angle of the light that fools you.

 

It is the hole where the pin that holds the oil-gear is mounted on the clutch-side.

 

It is NOT open through. The pin is in therer.
