In gs150 have guidance all to rear hall cylinder. i think (but i can be wrong) that with exhaust with more evolution we can have transfer with more broad dispersion off misture and exhaust window more with. regards
  4. hi I was analysing cylinder from gs150 and making portmap and some questions emerged. i hope you can help 1 - the transfer opening Versus bottom cylinder opening is off center. Can i center it ... for exemplo the way you see in image? 2- the transfer channel is obstructed by the cylinder hall. Can i open it ( +- 7mm )? is good increase in time- area and leaves the mixture flow free... in teoric... maybe is another reason for this exist? 3 - can i increase inlet width to center it? the inley is allready big... regards eduardo

Thank you i allready have crank 60/107 and dellorto vhsb 34, that in first time was for another combo. now i see the option piston mitaka 70mm in cylinder sx200 with porting with good eyes. my question is the carburator. 34mm is too big? i read that in piston ported engine big carburator is good thing...

  10. ralph you are genius but i don`t have original rectifier or condensator. So i would like something (electric wiring) to use with VT hardware and original ignition key that is possible?

  16. perfect... i use flytech in my mhr221 with si 26 pinasco and use 160/be6/ 128 and idlejet 2.4

  18. hi my doubt is because gs engine is piston ported and the exhaust from largframe need to be extended near by manifold maybe +- 4cm. regards
  19. hello In the market there is a lot of box ehaust that can be use in gs engine. i found this dyno with big box 1.0. My question is what would be the diference if i use BBT or even lth box or sip road? http://blog.scooter-center.com/auf-dem-pruefstand-vespa-vn125-mit-bgm-pro-bigbox-teil-2/ i buy grand sport piston and i will have some work with porting in exhaust and inlet window. my question is what is timing that gs cylinder will play good? exaust 165º? transfer 120º? inlet 150º? greetings from portugal
  20. hi i have same problem. the rectifier do not work. i try lot combinations with hires. finally i install bgm rectifier with wire instrutions by bgm and solv the problem. good light at midle rpm and no more light blown. greets from portugal
