I ordered new floorrails for my VBB and want to install them now. The curve isn't exactly right and I want to make them fit perfectly. If i just bend them with my hands on one spot the alu wil bend inward on top of the rails and that looks very crappy..Does anybody have a few tips on how to do this in a better way?

if you mean the curve at the front shield, I've seen a tool under http://www.alteroller.de/helferlein/nieten.html with wich you can bend them. But for the rear curve I don't know.
