Mikuni TMX 35

I've spent the last couple days messing with the jets for my mikuni tmx 35. When I had the RZ right hand exhaust, it went quite ok with 310 HD 20 ND and the needle in the second clip. Now when I changed to the new scorpion exhaust, it is still running to rich, on 1/6 throttle, and on full throttle at aprx. 6000 rpm. This is when using 300 HD, 17,5 ND and needle in same position. Does anyone have the same carb, and what jets are you using? Any tips will be appreciated.

For the first time: sorry for my bad english!

I use the Mikuni TMX 35, too! My motorcomponents are 220ccm Malossi with a PM EVO exhaust system.

I use a 290 HD and a 17,5 LLD and the needle is clipped in the second clip from below.

My motor runs still good from running idle till 3/4 gas then till full throttle the motor has problems to turn high.

When I use a 280 or 270 HD the motor begins to ring.

Now I bougth a needle which is less fat, but I didnt had time to try it out!
