  1. oh yes, I mean the spring cup,I couldn't find the right words... sorry for my english ;) I have an engine with a strong torque, but not so much rev. 177 polini tuned in the exhaust(only enlarged but not rised)and in the boost port, longstroke worb5 special lip(kopfdichtung), 28 pwk keihin, malossi reed manifold with malossi reed pack, 23/65 with short 4th gear, rz righthand and pk or hp flywheel. What are the advantages of a cosa clutch? bye Marco from Italy
  2. Hi, I have a 200 clutch with malossi springs and the ring, someone tells me that I have to reinforce also the "spring place"(the seven places where the springs pull)I hope you understand me...but I don't know how.... is really important to reinforce this place? and How can I do this? bye Marco from Italy
  3. try a 4th short gear, z36. Or maybe you have something else, because is impossibile that with your engine has problems with 4th gear.... try to find out air leaks maybe....or carburation problems(your mikuni is a powerjet? maybe you have a too big powerjet) bye from Italy Marco
  4. how much space between the two parts of ring is the maximum before I must change rings? (The space measured with rings into te cylinder) mine measures 0,75-0,80mm bye Marco from Italy
  5. hi, I'm looking for pics of your px200 reinforced with ring, thanks and another question...how much time does it take to balance a crankshaft(original crankshaft cutted like a special lip)? it really needs? bye Marco from Italy
  6. I'm working at 177 polini engine right now.... today I weighed an original 177 polini piston and a piston that I have just tuned....the original weigh 175~ and the tuned one weigh 168~.(with a digital instrument) Bye from Italy
  7. vielen dank
  8. ok, and If I remove a "ring" like in this pic? I think it's better for the balance, and also for the performances, but in this case I don't know if it is reliable LOL yes the position is changed, I signed the wrong position early ;) this is the right position of the broken piece bye Marco from Italy
  9. Hi, I've got a problem, when I was working on my polini 177's piston, it falled down from my hand and a small piece was broked. So..what do you think? I have to change the piston? or can I cut away a "ring" of piston bottom to make all the same? If I do this, the power will rise surely, but the reliability? the red sign is the piece broked. Thanks all, bye Marco from Italy
  10. uhm...I haven't much money to buy something different to an original used crankshaft
  11. schade so now start with reed valve...
  12. hi, anyone has got some pics or particoular tips & tricks for inlet working for malossi reed manifold? I have a 177 polini modified, 180°,125° , 28phbh, rz rightend, 23/65 short 4th gear and a original crankshaft that I want to cut like a lippenwelle like this bye Marco from Udine, Italy
  13. yes sorry 130-70 not 170-70, too many 70 :P
  14. ok, I see.... but there's a way to let the valve open early, you have to remove material of the valve on the "cdi side" not the "cilynder side", and so the valve opens earlier. In my last engine I used a timing like 170°+70°, and an area of the valve same like the area of 28phbh venturi.... I think the only problem is that when the crank start to close the valve, the inlet area start to reduce and doesn't perform like when is totally opened(that has the same area of 28venturi)....and when you use a reed valve there's not this problem, the inelt area is the same during all the inlet timing. bye Marco from Udine, Italy
  15. a simple question....why with a reed valve can I reach high performances than a rotary valve on a vespa px (177polini) engine? I think this topic was just discussed....if it was anyone can give me a link? bye Marco from Udine, Italy
  16. lol but if you have got all inputs maybe buoght from european tuners or japan tuners....its not difficult to build...in a small garage you've got all the items that you need.
  17. also the nike air of mister J Micheal Jordan are from asia.... ;)
  18. what's the performance of this exhaust? somone has tried it? bye bye
  19. WOW where can I find this thailand auspuff? it seems like the rz right, is the performance similar?
  20. lalalalal :wasntme:
  21. where can I find a gsf kopfe fur 177? or some information about
  22. If I work the crankshaft like in this pic, and I rise the engine cases pressure, even if I use a rotary valve....I improve the power in the middle and the acceleration of my engine? What do you think? the mixture has more speed...
  23. uhm, don't worry, I'm from Italy eheheh , so... la marmitta é ottima sia per la ripresa che per la velocità. le misure sono simili a quelle della SIP. il prezzo é di 210.00 euro This exhaust is very good both in acceleration and top speed. The shape is similar to the SIP. The price is 210 ? bye bye Marco from Italy
  24. so, it's a gearbox only for race...
  25. uhm...not enough. Maybe he was only a case... I think 5 speed in a vespa engine can help very much the performance in acceleration and speed surely. With 4 speed , in the fourth gear the engine has got hard work to get the maximum revs, .... but I don't know if it is reliable..
