    vor einer Stunde hat FalkR folgendes von sich gegeben:


    Wer ~1.3m Resolänge genau in der Protti Verlegung unterbekommt, versorge ich bis an sein Lebensende mit dem Kaltgetränk seiner Wahl :-) 

    Kenne die Resolänge vom Protti nicht genau, aber das wird nicht mehr wie 1m sein.


    Mehr brauch ich glaub ich nicht sagen :laugh: 

    .... wollte eigentlich nicht lustig sein, sondern nur den Gedanken anregen den Krümmer erst einmal so weit wie möglich zurück zu ziehen. Dann hat da noch einiges rund herum und in der Länge Platz. Ich hab mir auch einmal einen Pott gebaut und bin zu früh um die Kurve. Im Nachhinein  würde ich es nächst anders versuchen... ...

    Mal wieder Thema "HalbhydrauliK"

     

    Sieht inzwischen gut aus, dass das klappt mit Verstecken der Pumpe unter Kaskade und Behälter im Lenkkopf.

    Nun die Frage:

    Was man so hört soll der Hebel an der Pumpe im Fahrbetrieb VÖLLIG entlastet sein, damit die Verbindung zum Behälter zwecks Ausgleich steht.

    Wenn ich das nun so mache und ca. auch noch 1mm Spiel am Klemmnippel lasse, habe ich keinen vernünfigen Druckpunkt und kann den Bremshebel bis fast an den Griff ziehen.

    Luft im System kann ich zu 99% ausschliessen. (Fahrten um den Block, Fixieren Bremshebel über Nacht)

    Dann Pumpenhebel so lange vorgespannt und am Rad gedreht bis zur ersten Bremswirkung.

    Kolben in/an der Pumpe hat sicher 5mm Leerweg bis was passiert.

    Druckpunkt ist jetzt da, Bremshebel viel "steifer" :-D

    Passt das so, oder fahr ich mir so irgendwas heiss oder kaputt??

    Oder ist an der Pumpe irgendwas faul wg. Leerweg??

    Hier noch ein Bild, hoffe es wird klar! :whistling:

    Hatte ein ähnliches Problem, habe den Nippel am Hebel weiter innen gesetzt (vorher eine entsprechende Kerbe gefeilt) und dann war das  Problem behoben. Knackiger Druckpunkt bis zur Blockade am halben Hebelweg....

    Ich hab in Wien wen der zu ganz brauchbaren Preisen aus Nylon (Industriequalität) druckt. Kann ich dir mit drucken lassen und du holst es in 1030 ab. Ob das vor Weihnachten noch was wird, denke ich aber nicht.

    bin ja jetzt nicht so der Kunststoffexperte aber wie weich / hart ist Nylon oder PETG  (Gonzo)......  ?

    Hab ich auch verbaut und funzt 1a.

     

    Das ist soweit ich das jetzt gesehen habe ein druckfertiges File. 

    Was für Temperaturen soll das Ding den aushalten können? Mit PETG sollte es dauerhaft 60°C aushalten können. 

    Kanns mir am Abend mal genauer anschauen und dir dann schreiben wie´s mit dem Druck usw. aussieht.

    ....mit den 60 kommt das in etwa dort schon hin. Danke schon vorab dem Check :thumbsup:

    Dear Lambrettista, Lambrettisti, Friends
    On behalf of the Lambretta Club of Scotland, I would like to thank all our Lambretta family, from all over the Globe, for your unwavering support during what has been a testing year for Lambretta Club of Scotland in our attempts to organise such an important event as the Euro Lambretta Jamboree, in the face of unprecedented difficulties due to reasons that need no explanation.
    Despite those difficulties, we have managed to lay all our plans down and were hopeful of hosting an event worthy of the name of both Euro Lambretta and our Club.
    As you will know, we decided some time ago that we could afford to wait as late as 31st March to decide on whether it would be safe to go on with the event or not and still insulate our club, and the other National Clubs, from financial outlay. Also, that we would take no chances with people’s health and that, if we felt there would still be restrictions in place or significant risks from Covid-19 by the time of the rally we would postpone the event on that date.
    When I canvassed the National Clubs last month on the decision date, there were some amongst us who were keen to bring forward the decision date but most of the Clubs who responded encouraged us to give the Jamboree the best possible chance of proceeding and to wait until the 31st. However, it is clear by the applications and comments we received this month that many of our family are deeply concerned about traveling to Scotland in June.
    This week the UK Government and Scottish First Minister have laid out their ‘roadmaps’ to leaving restrictions behind and have made it clear that, even with the great success of the vaccine programme in the UK, gatherings of the type we are planning are very unlikely to be allowed or feasible in early to mid-June.
    As such, the decision has been taken from our hands and we have no other choice but to announce the postponement of the event for another time.
    We regret that Club Secretaries and other Officers (particularly of larger clubs) have had their valuable time taken up organising their allocations etc. to no avail but hope you will agree that we had to give the Jamboree every opportunity to go ahead.
