  1. ok tanks!! but how can i identify a meceur crankshaft with the bad TYPE B rod? -Type A (good rod) has "made in italy" printed on the clutch side of the rod? no marks printed on the flywheel side of the rod?? -Type B (bad rod) has no mark printed on both rod sides?? can i see other differences beetween typeA and typeB ?? thanks a lot marco

BUT using google translator i think to understand that you are talkin about problem with meceur 60mm crankshaft. so: there are 2 different type of crankshaft? type A is good type B is bad, has a bad rod and can broke ?? where did you buy good meceur crankshaft, and where bad one? unfortunally picture on the first page of the post is unable, can some one re-upload it?? thanks a lot, Marco...

  5. hi i know that there is a GSF project for px cylinder head. i've serched here and in project forum, but i can't understand deutch, so i didn't find nothing. i'm serching gsf kopf for polini 210, either 57mm hub and 60mm hub. can you please tell me the best head for this configuration? and, there is a commercial head (worb,sip,...) equal or similar to this? because i'm not sure that here i can make modification to original head, so it's possible is simple for me to buy a new modified head. thanks a lot

  7. hi thanks patrick. vespa fuel sensor gose 0-300 ohm, but if you take a resistor of 150 ohm in paralle, you have 0-100 ohm, but it didn't work correctly yet. how much have you to modify acewell sensor to fit vespa tank? and, how have you fitted the acewell on vespa handle bar?have you made an adapter ring?wich material? thanks a lot Marco
  8. hi i got a problem with the tank level of my acewell 2853. the level signal is not fine, and when gasoline level in tank is above 1/3 the signal on acewell is not stable and jump up and down... what can i do? i see that in the forum are other post with this problem, i think, but i can't undestand deutch i got other question about leds: in this schematic you see that "oil" "neutral" and "triangle" led are connected to negative/ground. does it mean that this leds went ON when you connect them on ground? and if i want to use, for example, "oil" led like tank reserve led, that come ON with positive 12V, what can i do? have i to make a circuit with a diod? thanks
  9. hi can you please tell me if cosa 200 and px200 oryginal crankshaft have differences? and inlet port on the engine block? and cosa2 200 crankshaft (the one with alu cylinder) is different from the other one? thanks a lot
  10. hi what about the alu zylinder ignition timing? i foud here http://www.germanscooterforum.de/index.php...amp;hl=alu+cosa i think they wrote the 12PS alu cosa zylinder, ad to be setted to 18 degree (IT) it's correct or not? if the zylinder is same ad px200 (but is the same?) why have to change ignition timings? thanks
  11. hi i think you mean this exhaust "mit flansch" link but exhaust for alu cylinder, mit Flansch, can be mounted without modification to the px200 engine case, or not? sorry for toooooooooooooooooooooooo questions!! bye
  12. you say that alu cylinder has same configuration (160-BE3-118 55/160) of px200 cylinder? but here i see tha cosa 12PS cylinder has 160-???-96 48/160 ; and it seemsme that 96 main jet on 200cc engine is crazy...what can you say me about that? how can i search it on ebay.de? the exhaust, exept the cylinder flange, is the same of px 200 or not? thanks a lot!!
