Vespatronic on DR130

Hi

I just got a Primavera and it got a Vespatronic kit on it.

It is not adjusted at all, since all the parts in the engine is brand new, and thrown together.

But my question is, what should i set the timing of the ignition to?

The vespatronic advance the timing acording to the rpm, so shall i retjeck the timing at xxxx rpm. or fast tickover?

And do any of you have a chart of how long the cabels for Smallframe is?

I bought a PX cablekit and need to cut them off to make it fit. but how much?
