i have quatrini m1l-60, stroke 54, sip vape sport and big bertha.
to set the ignition is horrible. 23º at idle (+- 1500rpm) and 26º at 4000 rpm is the right seting?

just to give the feed back
in adjustment 4 from sip tacho choose position 6. the brown conect to light wire. RPM works great.

i allready install sip vape DC and use koso filter and conect to spark cable and works perfect.
With sip vape AC i thing that clamp light wire to brown will do the work. the information to clamp white wire cdi to brown is not for DC version?

i have strage situation maybe you can help:
- have malossi sport 221 rotary valve with vhsh30 and 24/65 primary. with carburator setup nd50, DP268, needle k98, hd 122. the vespa was to greasy (+++), with candle greasy but with 145gps top speed.
change setup carburator to nd50, DP266, needle k98, hd128, great response, candle brown, but only 135 gps !!!!!
why this? is no sense.

i have fast flow tap. the problem was low fuel suply. see this and increase ND to 2,65

i solve the backfire . all running great. 105 km/h GPS with original Super150 gearbox and 8" tire. Pinasco 177 2 channel, carburator s.i 24/24 (58/160, hd 110), ignition SIP 20º fixed, polini box exhaust.

i have the same situation in super 150 and pinasco 177 2 channel, shoot fire by exhaust. with 24/24 i went to 60/160, 3 turn screw air/mixture, and 110 hd. more HD the engine goes up in rpm slow.
i think that 19ª ignition will help litle bit. pinasco 177 have lot compression and that need lot fuel in idlejet because he burns everything
