in my gs150 i have spring 33% 180mm (-10mm from original) and SIP 100psi. i have 110kg and for me should be litle more hard , because in strong brake goes all down easely.

use original gears with christmastree 20/17/14/10? maybe not possible. for exemple 44teeth in this engine is 92mm diameter. in other engine that use 22 teeth it work with 44 teeth but 97mm diameter...

i have engine with 10-15-20-25 cluster and with 44 teeth in 4 gear. i like to know if there is 4 gear with 92mm like 44 original but shorter, like 46 teeth and same diameter?
what you suggest to use in combination with big bertha?
the cruciform is 50,00mm. can i use 50,2mm ?

I´m rebuildind my engine with pinasco crank competition 62mm stroke and malossi mhr221 and pinasco 26/26r and exhaust rz mark II
after measure the inlet , i have open 135º before TDC and close 75º after tdc. 210 degrees in total open.
my question is: sould i close the valve litle bit? or should do nothing?
should i weld aluminium ou use epoxy? is safe?
