  1. Like last year Scootentole do a warm up Training in Pusey -Circuit de la Vallee (East of France) the 10th April

What a pity it is a crash date with the Springrace.... :crybaby:

So it's a one day training (alternatively with go-kart rental or SM Motorbike) for 30€ to be paid on the spot

    Possibility to rent a transponder

More info could be seen on the post of last year :

Just have a look of this nice technical track

  2. my original hp4 lasted 4 years with 3 repairs, twice destroying the flywheel and damaging the engine case. this sucked a lot.

now a vespatronic works very fine. i can only recommend to go this way and leave hp4 behind - or used pk elestart.

well I have also the vespatronic and I have just put in down because I want to use a ducati ignition to test the vCDI on my race engine :-D

so I need a 1kg flywheel which can be used with a ducati ignition

my HP4 Flywheel has the same Problem. This sucks.

i build my owne Flywheel. It´s a normal PK-Flywheel with a Parma-Kit. But my selfmade Flywheel ist a little bit higher as the original or HP4.

here in GSF is a Topic about selfmade Flywheel, maybe someone can post the link.

    thanks

I saw that and I think I will do that milling if the hp4 don't work fine.....

    Hi

it seems to be quiet usual to have this problem with Hp4 flywheel :

the rivets are not strong enough so the plates begin to move inside the flywheel ....

indeed we are more than 5 guys in France who have/had this problem after very few kilometers... :-D

it is really disappointing for a 125€ stuff.... :-D

Well could you tell me what is the best way to fix those plates ?

    seal ? which one ?

    screws and nuts ?

    new rivets ?

and if you have some pictures, you are welcome .... :-D

    thanks

  4. Sorry, I don't have any pictures of this engine. I have had the crank done by someone else - but it's nothing especially fancy. Here you can find some pictures of a similar crank. In case the direct link doesn't work you can find them in the PEP-Parts shop. Other GSF-famous rotary inlet projects have used far more heavily modifed cranks (like kabaschoko, Ben/Melkfett from PEP-Parts).

When I revert my engine back to normal I might be able to take some pictures of the barrel. I already have posted the rough specs some posts earlier. But I wouldn't repeat raising the transfers like it has been done on that barrel...

    Danke karoo :-D

but I think there are 2 versions of malossi 210, one sold for french guys with 15-20cv and one for german guys with 30-40cv :-D

    hi

can you tell me more about your set up : carb, cranckshaft....?

    thanks a lot

  6. just for my understunding:

is it right that in class C2b

there is no limitation of cylinder kit or performance exhaust?

only the Carb must be up to 24mm??

    thx

yes your right, but also you must use a piaggio "metal" flywheel.... no HP4, no vespatronic, no parmakit.....

as we can't check every cylinder it's the best way we found to stop the level of tuning in this class

but please keep in mind that it's a "beginner class" and not "pure racing class" for good skill drivers....and it is quiet equilibrated like this :-D

in this class in Mirecourt this year,

    The first had a polini 133, the second a PX200 (no kit), the 3rd a PK 125 (no kit), the 4th .....?, the 5th a PX200 (no kit).... so :-D

and there were in this class also some 136, 177 or 210cc ..... :-D
