  1. Switch the two wires to the CDI. Apparently you have fitted the small and the large connector to the wrong wires respectively. If you do that the engine will run backwards. Just swop the two over and you should be fine.

    Hi Svein

I had the same with my smallframe. I ended up making wheelspin in the wrong direction in my backyard.

Just switch the two wires on the CDI and you are ready to go to infinity and beyond (citat: Buss lightyear) haha.

  2. I have a VSP 1 Inox for sale..

It has been driven for about 200km.

It sounds perfect and perform VERY well.

The carbon-damper is just a sticker and is stainless as well.

The mounting-bracket has been relocated becurse of a production-error of the entire INOX-range.

would like 200 and 20 euro for shipping

  3. Hallo

I am selling a Sfera-disc-brake that has been modded to fit the Smallframe - Plug'n Play.

    I brakes VERY well.

145 euro ( Shipping to Germany 34 euro)

If you buy the bitubo AND the sfera gabel, you get it for 235euro

Allso i got a brand new never used Bitubo damper for the Sfera-gabel.

I can reccomend, that the one that buy the Sfera-disc brake, buy this with to save shipping :)

But the price on this damper is:

    120 euro

    - This damper http://www.germanscooterforum-shop.de/Products/PV...ont+BITUBO.aspx

INOX VSP exhaust, made in stainless steel with "carbon" sticker on the silencer.

i have relocated the bracket on this exhaust, becurse VSP made a bad fitment on all these exhausts, it now fit perfect and performs nice as a PM40

Make me an offer on this

Finally i have a complete malossi 136, witch has been portet and lowered by 1 mm. never had a seizure and is with direct reed-valve

the cylinder is in fine condition, has only been run for about 4-500km ( changed to quattrini) very powerfull porting.

Make me an offer on this

ALL THIS IS SENT FROM DENMARK, HENCE THE RATHER "EXPENSIVE" SHIPPING.

Paypal is possible, if you pay the transaktion-fee

  4. Hi

Ich danke vorerst für die Infos, habe die Gabel drinn!!!!

An Thebat18: Ich habe einen Garelli Kotflügel verwendet!

    Looks very good.

I was about to use a garelli as well, but like you none fit on that site.

Looks like i must buy one and like you MAKE it fit :D

Other than that, i was thinking of an kortflugel from an Italjet Formula/Dragster

They looks the boss and are top-mounted.

    Like so.

  5. Sfera fork in my primavera.

I shortened the fork-stem ( the tube) and that's it.

It is a bit high, and i am looking in to shortening the lower frontfork above the swing-saddel and shortening a bitubo i have lying around.

Other from that, is a comforty hight :D

    - By the way, it is NOT possible to fit a normal vespa mudguard

  6. Amazombie;

    You are partially right.

My question is allso, why it only ouccurs when the engine is hoy. that sound like a bad ignition-coil on an old statorplate.

but on something like these new components witch have been stress-tested, it could not have something to to with that.

but then again, i have tryed a lot - but not advancing the timing ( moving it away from TDC).

    I will try that.

Could it have something to do with raising the cylinder 1mm?

I followed this manual when porting the cylinder http://freenet-homepage.de/landrover/seite1.htm

  7. Nothing new yet :/

Tryed smaller gab and an Iridium-sparkplug, but it did not change anything.

I am about to find Tino Sacchi's email adress to ask about the powercurve, and wether or not there are diffrent curves for the diffrent models of vespa. but i cannot find it.

I have a little hope, that SpecialHeizer, will cast some light on the problem, as he was going to try another Vespatronic-unit. :)

As they say, i am currently on hold and Stay Tuned :)

  8. I had the same problem with my Inox VSP.

    I use it on a Malossi 136.

I was forced to cut the bracket off and weld it on the exhaust again in the right angle.

The next problem, was that the exhaust was too high, so that it hit the frame.

I then again cut the stinger-tube ( U-bend tube, the silencer is mounted on) i cut that off and shortened it.

Finally, i made an "inward" dent in the frame, so it would not hit that easy´.

Not to be expected of a brand new exhaust.

Other than that, it works now, and works very vell.

  9. HUGE BRAKTHRO!!

the problem lies in the powercurve, as witch the vespatronic is programmed with.

Please read what "KTy" is writing here http://www.germanscooterforum.de/GSF_Proje...31#entry1042831

    Update from this morning... :)

When the engine was "cold", it was running great with the above timing curve. Then, after 5-10minutes of normal street driving, little by little, it became more and more difficult to drive at "low rpm", but still doing fine while idling and also at mid and high-rpm...

In the end, I bypassed it as it was undrivable for street use. The timing curve I was using yesterday was better for low rpm...

So I guess it was too much advance too soon (low rpm)...

I will continue to experience ;)

And if you're wondering, I have a Chamion L82C spark as it is pretty cold out there and also because I'm focusing on low and mid-rpm...

I found why I had some trouble at low RPM... It is now fixed ! It seems even smoother than without !

This is the test curve for tomorrow !

    20051220.AvancePXTest.gif

    27° at maximum torque (4000rpm)

    16° at maximum power (6000rpm) !

    To cut the story short.

The symptoms he discripe fit PERFECTly with our problems. So now we know that the programming of the courve is problem.

but now - How to change it?

    Is it a faulty unit?

  10. Hi

I have a problem with my vespatronic.

I have tried to adjust the carburator to come around the problem, but nothing helps.

So it seems like it is the vespatronic.

It cuts out at precisely 3800 and at 4100 it is all fine at it rews fine. thro the range. (Got a KOSO rev-counter)

But this makes a huge problem starting from a standstill.

Tickover is fine and it revs freely in neutrual gear - unless i revs slooowly up, then it cuts out again.

    Anyone experienced this?

    My setup is:

Malossi 136, ported up and with a direct reedvalve

    Mikuni 24mm.

Stoffi INOX exhaust ( similar to PM40)

    Racecrank

    Vespatronic.

  11. Hallo

My Pv jumps out of the neutrual and going from first to 2'gear is non-existing. it just goes in third, unless you are carefull with the gearshifter and shift gear slowly.

Allso when the scoot is turned off the gearshifter is too sensitive and jumps in 2'gear by just looking at the gearchanger.

The gearcabels are not overtight and i have tryed to loosen them.

The spring that holds the two balls in place in the gear-cross are brand new and the cross itself looks very good. - i even changed the gearcross to a new one.

    And last.

The engine drips oil from the gearshifter under the engine.

Is there a way to seal that? an O-ring i have missed?

    - I can read german, so just reply in german.

    Thankyou.
