Hi all. I am gonna mount a keihin 33 on my m1xl. nowadays and since last year I have a 28 VHST. I am not really satisfy with this carburator, I prefer to mount a reliable and famous one. As the real jets (middle and main) are expansive, I am knocking on your door to have from you a rough idea of the range that I have to order to fit my set up. My set up : M1XL 2012 (reedvalve) , DRT transmission, RZ exhaust, 60 crankshaft. carburation set up M1XL
Hi all. I have to fine tune my set-up on a M1XL 2011 with long stroke crankshaft , VHST 28, vespatronici and RZ exhaust. I know that there is no the perfect solution cause every engine are different, but what can be a basic set-up ... ? nowadays, I have a 130 as a main jet and I forgot for the middle one and I can't check. cheers

Hi guys ! Sorry I doesn't speak German at all. I come here to ask you a specific question about my M1XL with longstroke 60. I checked my timing today, and I found 185 for the exhaust, 138 for the first side port and 135 for the rear one. Spacer of 1.5 below the barrel. 2 gasket and 1 aluminium spacer. (0.5 / 0.5 / 0.5 ) What do you think ? what is the best timing set-up for this configuration ? I am looking for a engine with torque for racing track. thanks guys and see you at mirecourt for pilots will go !

Hi guys ! My name is Guillaume and I am from France. I am very sorry, I can't speak any word of German at all. I come to you regarding the upgrade of my engine for 2012 racing season. Nowadays, I drive this bike and I have a malossi 166 blue printed... I had the wrong gearbox (Vespa 2 TS model). Too long transmission and problem with the adjustment issue of the gear shaft and the cross. I have to change cause it broke at the last race. For the next season, I am hesitating betwen two configuration : - a malossi 210 tuned, 60 crankshaft, carb 28 VHST,RZ right hand, vespatronic, renforced clutch - a M1XL stock (crankcase blue printed), 60 crankshaft, carb 28 VHST,RZ right hand, vespatronic, renforced clutch I am concerning abiut the HP around 4500 6500 between the both configuration., this range of RPM that must be efficient on our GO-KART racing tracks. We don't have feedback of this cylinder set in France (M1XL) . I come to you to get some information and advice about such configurations if you have some. I saw the M1X topic down the page, but all is in German and I don't get any words. Thks for your feedback
