Actually, with his loom he can just use either of the red/yellow as "black."

For the headlight, connect violet that used to go from the old AC regulator to the headlight switch to green-white at the flasher. This will be switched DC off the battery. Add a black wire direct from the junction box at the engine to the rectifier. The original black wire from there to the battery area is connected to chassis ground and this will cause problems. Apologies for posting in English... What harm is there if you remove the rubber buffers? I've been riding pretty much daily for four years without them. Also, the brown (ground) cable is also connected to the stator plate, which grounds the motor, right? Is this sufficient, or is the ground redundancy better? I'm assuming the brown wire is there because of the buffers.
