Hello everyone...currently i am building a VMC 177 Super G on my P125 engine, cases ported and matched to cylinder, Mazzu racing crankshaft, BGM fast flow SI24 carb, BGM Big Box Touring exhaust and so on...now i ran into a problem last night...i have a 68teeth primary gear in my cases, and i ordered a DRT 23teeth clutch sprocket from SC that says it goes on my 68teeth primary to get a longer transmisson...but...i had an P200 clutch laying around and i thougt it will be good for this engine to have a bigger clutch, so i ordered this DRT 23teeth sprocket for P200 clutch(115mm)...everything is new in the clutch(steel plates, friction plates, bushing...) i even removed the little "notch" on the cases and on the clutch cover just to be sure it doesnt touch anywhere on the clutch...finally the problem: i put the cluch on, torqued it to spec and when i tighten the clutch cover it presses the clutch, making it rub on the clutch cover...has anyone any advice or idea what is the problem because i dont have😢...after searching on the internet i found that SIP offers a thinner clutch washer(that sits between clutch and crankshaft bearing) that is 2.8mm thick...and now on the engine i have my original P125 one that is 3.4mm thick...will this solve my problem or is it something bigger i am missing?..thanks🤙

Hello...i have an extra cilynder head for vespa LML T5 150cc(one with central spark plug and long thread) and i want to lower it a bit...just to get bigger compression and some extra power...i read that original engine has a 9:1 compression ratio...and i think that 0.2mm would be ok to get a bit more power and not to get damaged bearings and crankshaft...

Pickups are in great condition on both of my ignitions...i measured the resistance on them the way one of more experienced member of my club told me and they seem to be like new...PE is older version of PWK carbs i think...so i tried with smaller idle jets but turned out the mixture was leaner and the backfire was still present...so should i try and put a thicker needle or what?....now i am running on a pretty slim needle.

Hello...i was wondering if someone can give me some advice...my PK is equipped with 133DR,Keihin PE24 (main jet 95, idle 48), original PK 12V ignition and flywheel, giannelli right hand exhaust and casings are just ported to match the cylinder and intake manifold(nothing too much)...i noticed in last few weeks that my PK backfires in low rpm(when i add a little bit of gas just so it revs up a bit for few times it backfiers strongly) i changed the other ignition also original from PK, bought new spark plug and it backfires again...at high revs it runs ok but sometimes at this low rpms it backfires and when i check the spark plug it is completly black...so i tried with idle jet 45 and did a little ride around town it still backfired but now the spark was a bit on the lighter side(leaner mixture)...now i ordered a brand new BGM pro CDI unit and will see how it runs with new CDI unit...but i just cant figure out what is going on???

  8. Hello... I have a very anoying problem...my PK is equiped with 130cc DR tuning kit and its always leaking oil between cylinder and cylinder head...i tried with about 5 different high temperature silicone jointing pastes but it doesnt help...so i was thinking if someome has a 130 POLINI cylinder head to sell(that sure has better finishing touch than DR cylinder head) or if someone can recomend a good mechanic who can flat out my head?

Hello...i am new to this forum so first i want to say hello to everybody, i am a proud owner of a PK50XL with DR133 and General Lee theme from Croatia...so i was interested if someone opened a PK 125XL/S original exhaust and i just wonderd how it looks inside so if anyone has some pictures or something like that it would be awesome
