Feedback: Thank you for the successful restoration. I love the look of it and IU receive a lot of positive comments on its appearance. Clarification: I am having an issue with the actual speed of the scooter. The problem is that the engine does not excellerate at all in the 4th gear - only down the hill. Meaning my top speeds ends at 60 km/h when I let the 3rd gear excellerate. I was told that the size of the tires is not original taking away the engine power. Please clarify - as you promised me before the actual sale that a top speed of 80km/h is the norm. Thank you for your prompt reply. Regards, JG Seine Antwort Hi Joe, The vespa is originally 8 inch tyres but are upgraded to 10 inch for better performance. This will not affect the speed. You need to take it easy at first, the engine needs to be run in, you will notice a difference after many km it will run better and better. Kind regards, David. Was haltet Ihr von der Antwort???

Ich habe mir vor kurzem einen voll restaurierten 1966 VBC 150 gekauft... Das problem ist, dass er mir im 4 gang nicht voll raufdreht. er beschleunigt eigentlich nur, wenn es bergab geht...oder es dauert ewig. Das bedeuted, dass der Roller bis zum ende des 3. gangs auf 60km/h hochdreht, aber dann bei ca. 60 km/h bleibt. Standgas ist gut und auch sonst laeuft er sehr rund. Was sind eure Gedanken? Was koennte es sein? Das einzige nicht original teil, ist ein sportaupuff Danke und Gruss aus CA, Joe
