Hope so mate. The lammy was picked out by a jury from 200 other bikes. Would be great to get to the finals. The harley boys are crying on the comments, and im loving it!!
-
Hi fella`s, Im trying to get to the final for norways coolest bike contest, you can vote lambretta here... Vote lambretta!
-
I cant wait to see it, I will be in euro lambretta 2008 (its only 750km away for me) I cant wait to see it done!
-
You can hear the pipe in action here.... b-race It may be a bit loud for some of you but it sounds louder in my garage that on the open road. Cheers, Rob Anyway, they are stamped so you should`t have a problem...
-
Hey knh, That is a VERY nice job! Well done. Super sexy I take it you have some plans for the starstream engine?
-
Sorry, forgot to say, I didnt modify any bodywork to fit the pipe.
-
They cost £290, which is less than my dev-tour it replaces (it snapped 3 times!) It has fantastic power and if you had a taffspeed and a NK exhaust on at the same time , that is what it feels like but with more pull. Ive never seen an exhaust that has a range from 3500-9000 rpm all of it is fun and more hp than my old dev-tour. The white on the exhaust is Silicone. I wiped it off before I took the picture undernieth the scooter. I use it to seal the holes in the footboards so it doesn`t rust there. The pipe is ungroundable! You scrape your footboards and stand even on a series 3 before the pipe. Look at the stand on the piture. You cant see the exhaust on the other pictures, no one would know you had it! This is the older version that I had on my GP... If you want to buy one you should put down a deposit, you may be lucky and get it with the next batch in July. He builds them alone so it takes a lot of time, especially the snail. Before you ask, I dont know Simon and I have never met him. If I am pleased with a product (which isnt very often) , I like to let the scooter community know about it because iv`e bought loads of usless crap over the last few years so the good guys deserve some credit. Anybody here going to Oslo next month? Its mostly vespas from germany that come over here and it would be good to see some lambretta`s. I will even let you try my scooter Cheers, Rob

Thats my scooter! The exhaust was tested back to back, same dyno same engine same day with a Taffspeed, Dev-tour and NK. The b-race pipe starts at the same time as the taffspeed 3500rpm and keeps pulling past the dev-tour and stops at 9000rpm showing a 1.5 horspower gain over all the other exhausts througout the whole range. Its fantastic!! There is a test in next months scootering so you can see the figures there, from an indipendant source. Here is the rest of my scooter...
-
Job done, just waiting for my exhaust and the dredded test..
-
Yes. But you have to have them on the outside of the original damper braket.
-
It`s bang on 90 degrees. The angle of the picture and glare is deciving! Here is one of the dry build. Nearly finished...
-
Ahh, not an RM7. Its a brand new Slayer 90!
-
The rest of the project is here... Fuksta`s project
-
I still have to test it! I have bought these for the license plate.
-
Thanx M210, I need all the help I can get. Love your Gp, you did a good job with the cabon stuff. Done a bit more now...
-
Started the re-build. Going for a street sleaper look.. shit colour but want to keep it Retro.

Hi Arne. I think that should do fine. Much appreciated. Yes mate, the B-race snail is based on mb3 coneset which Simon tweaks to match the performance of the barrel (port timings/revvy/torquey) it will be fitted to. I am realy pleased with it and dyno figures back to back with a standard mb3+standard Ts1 on the same engine and dyno show a 2 hp gain. Sounds pretty much like his vespa dominator pipe, which is deep and not jl type tin can sound. I love it I will post more pictures as the project comes together. I should get it back from the painter this friday. (again )

Thanx fella`s , I Just needed German documents because a TS1 has never been registerd here before and there are some strickt rules as to what we are allowed to do with veteran vehicles. If I can prove that similar scooters are TUV approved, then I will be allowed to make it street legal here because TUV docs are accsepted over here (some EU, rule) I have now got hold of one set of documents but another one to back it up would be perfect. The vespa boys over here take the whole scooter down to Scooter and Service, somthing I was planning on doing but because my PM Double disk is BSA iso registered I found out that it wasn`t neccesery. The speck on my engine is. Tuned TS1 with an iron liner, machined down 1mm for tourque, bored out to 71mm using a MB drop forged piston. 60mm stroke crank (230cc), mikuni 35 and a B-race stealth-tour exhaust. The exhaust is a highly modyfied steel MB dev-tour cone set, which is tucked away under the scooter with 100% ground clearence. Here is a picture of it fitted to my other scooter. As you can see the stand and footboards grind on the road before the pipe. I used to have a stainless Dev-tour but it only lasted 300km before it snapped here.. and after.. and again aftwer 500km.... ..... Nice pipe, shame they dont last that long.. back on toppic... All help is appreciated Maybe I will meet some of you at the Oslo rally , Classic scooter run or Rally scandinavia in Sweeden?
-
Hi Fellas, My German is realy crap but after meeting up with some of you at the Classic scooter rally in Norway (I know a lot of you guys are good at english) I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to register my TV 175 s.2 and need to know if any of you guys have TUV papers on a ts1 225 cylinder? I have got papers on all the other modifications and paid a fortune for a disk brake and wheel that has been tested by the BSA to an iso standard. Hope you can help me. And here is my project if anyone is interested. A kind thanx from Rob in Norway
