This research work aimed to hotel management solutions determine the consumption of food in school kiosks and Nutritional status of the students of the Primary Educational Institutions of the City of Punk. The work was descriptive, analytical and cross-sectional with a sample of students from four Primary Educational Institutions Santa Rosa, Lakota, Independence and kiosk, selected using the simple random probabilistic method, to whom a questionnaire was applied.
