About Me
The insurer and, in the event of a claim, they provide assistance and advice. It is a queue system consolidated company in the sector, more than thirty five years old. Located in the education queue system center of Cartagena, it has a team of twenty professionals who offer comprehensive advice to each client, offering plans tailored to their needs. The insurance brokerage is divided into different departments. For our study, we will focus solely on the commercial department, specifically on customer service that requires non banking queue system life insurance all insurance other than life insurance. This part of the company has been chosen and not another because it is the one with the most customer flow and where queues are mostly formed. The claims area receives fewer customers and new products are not sold in it, while in the case of non life insurance only one person is in charge of them and there are no notable queues for this service. Two of them are dedicated respectively to the attention to the public of life insurances education queue system and to the operations of great volumes. Since they are not directly related to the part of the company analyzed, they are out of our study. Three of them are commercial, they are the ones that offer the service to the clients and therefore those that we consider servers. Much of their workday consists of customer service, but they also need part of the time to carry out other internal work, such as making and receiving calls, receiving inspectors from different system.
