  1. All sorted. Thanks for your help guys. Painted, fitted, bled and tested. The difference in braking is huge! Its so much better. There's no dead space on the levers travel, like there was with the BGM caliper. The PX type caliper requires a little bit more effort than the BGM caliper. But that maybe due to the new pads. and that makes sense. So much more feel than before.
  2. Thanks guys, Yes I.ve removed the BGM caliper every time I have bleed the system. When I gravity bleed the system, I even had the scooter lent over so if there was any air bubbles, they would rise to the top. I'm sure that its just the BGM caliper. I think the caliper is too big for the MMW master cylinder.
  3. thanks for the reply! the issue is there’s ‘dead space’ in the leaver. So I pull the leaver in and it travels more then half the distance on the lever before the calliper starts to bite. My guess is the calliper is too big for the MMW master cylinder. I’ve tried bleeding the system heaps of times. I’ve hand bleed. Gravity bleed, vacuum bleed. So it’s not air in the system. So I think it must be that the 4 piston BGM calliper. There was a GP200 in my local scooter shop that has a Dirty Sanchez with the PX style calliper. And it feels and works so much better than mine. My scoot is fast and I want to stop safely.
  4. Does anyone know where to get Dirty Sanchez parts? I need the bracket that holds bolts the caliper. At the moment I have the BGM caliper and its rubbish. I would like to swap it for the PX style caliper. So I need the bracket to swap it out. I have emailed Jockeys Boxenstop. But no reply. Thanks for your help. Cheers, Jono.
