Yeah, the removable stub is definitely thicker than the Malossi stub. It's enough of an issue to warrant a trip to the local machine shop to get the stub milled for the flange. I mean, if you try and it put it on you'll need to take a sledge hammer or a press to get it off. Furthermore, it didn't just happen on one stub. It happened on three different stock Piaggio stubs that were even sanded back down to the metal finish, to 3 of the bigger flanges from 3 different Big Box exhausts. Ask me how I know about the sledgehammer bit, lol.

So double checked three different BGM Big Box exhausts with three different p200 cylinder exhaust stubs, none fit. The flanges fit perfectly onto a Malossi 210 cylinder though. Philippines, I tried to send an email to you but it got labeled "Undelivered".

Anyone else have issues getting the exhaust flange on a stock cylinder exhaust stub? I have no problem with getting it on the Malossi cylinder stub that I have, but there is no way I can get it on any of the stock stubs that I have.
