Thanks ! Have entered the data. Nice page, but ofcource no engine runs the same and there is no standard setup. I run today on PHB 30 with main 142 AV262 X2 needle clip on top idel 55 and the bastard engine keeps going to hot and the sylinder starts to pinch. Any with experience with the Worb5 Polossi. Does the modified Malossi piston in the Polini improve endurance?

Any recomendations for carb setup for the PHB30 on this engine: Polini 208 Scooter&Service top Longstroke cranck 1800g fywheel SIP Performance exhaust PHB 30 (not reed) Malossi inlet Engine runs well giving trotle, but gets to warm riding longer distance on slow trotle and overheat when I close the trotle and piston jams.
