hello everybody I want change silent blocks in arm v30t but I'm not sure ... in one side is inserted some ring (attached pics). Should be there ? Thanks for reply

hi everybody I would like to ask you what am I did wrong ... third time I try to insert crankshaft into karter but everytime half of rubber stay under the collar from metal sheet of seal .... why ? Thanks for reply.
